"The Plant"

The Abel system was created by Abel Software, a company that was formed in 1996 (formally known as Tasman Computing) with the sole aim of producing the best Enterprise Resource Planning software for medium sized enterprises.  Since the first customer release of Abel in New Zealand in 1998, the plant has been progressively implementing Abel internationally, enabling a diverse range of enterprises to achieve the benefits of a powerful integrated business solution.

"Abel Solutions"

Abel Solutions Ltd was formed by David Mills in 2000 and is one of the implementation arms of the Abel product solution. The company employs a staff compliment of Implementation Consultants, Software Architects and Administrators. Our goal is to make business simple, we work with you to implement effective systems to fit your business without imposing system constraints on your operations.

For some customers Abel manages the entire business process, from customer quotation to financial reporting.  For other users, Abel is the supporting financial system interfacing to a front-end operational module. Each customer has individual needs and Abel Solutions are there to make sure the Abel software product is correctly configured to each client's respetive needs.
